Eadweard is famous for his motion pictures. He developed the techniche of placing 12 cameras in a row to capture every moment. In this picture he is capturing the movement of a women and a man waltzing. The importance of this picture is very clear. It convey's movement by showing the different positions, directions and movements of the women and man. You can Also say that the picture sort of tells a story. It kind of gives you a snippit of everyday life or love.
